The sword carried by a samurai is created by the hands of a special craftsman and it goes
through several processes to be completed as an excellent piece of work. Applying the
same technique in creating a daily commodity, such as a sharp hocho (Japanese kitchen
knife), cannot be imitated anywhere in the world.
The Kiyomizudera-temple, which is registered as a World Heritage Site was built by an
expert applying a special technique of not using a single nail. This technique has been
passed on for a thousand years.
There are countless unknown companies with special skills and techniques in Japan which
are considered to be one of a kind in the world.
